Alexandros El. Tsakos

our general manager

Alexandros obtained his BSc from Babson College in 2005 where he double-majored in Entrepreneurship and Global Business Management. Following his graduation and for an eight-month period, Alexandros participated in a training program sponsored by both Entrust Maritime Co. Ltd. and Tsakos Shipping and Trading S.A., which involved attending vessel repairs in China and newbuilding projects in Japan and South Korea.

In 2007, Alexandros attended the CASS Business School in the City of London graduating with an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance. At Entrust Maritime Co. Ltd., Alexandros oversees the accounts and financial departments and is the creative force behind business development and company growth.

In early 2009 he assumed the position of General Manager after years of learning and experience next to his father.
